MSG Funding Forms
All funding requests should be made at an MSG meeting prior to your event. Contact Katie Skimming or attend an MSG meeting. Events must be open to all medical students and each request is limited to $500.
When submitting reimbursements, the form titled "Student Organization Reimbursement Request" always needs to be attached to the paperwork. Submit all paperwork to Carol at Student Affairs.
If food has been bought, then a second form has to be filled out too. Please, note that the title is "Travel Expense Reimbursement Voucher"; but that is the one accounting needs when food is involved in the reimbursement.
