• No other real updates for now, we've got a few tournaments coming up.
• Practices Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6-8 at the Cary St. Field, bring a white and a dark (no grays) and water.
• If you are new, or are interested in playing, just come to a practice, no experience is necessary.

• Sign-up for the VCU Ultimate google group.  This is the main method of communication between club/team members for information regarding practices, tournaments, parties, events, or when people want to find someone else to toss with or practice specific skills anytime anywhere.  Please come to practice or email VCUfrisbee@gmail.com if you're just interested instead of signing up for the group.
